XMR Mining
Mining XMR on OctaSpace is very straightforward
Go to the OctaSpace marketplace https://marketplace.octa.space/
Select "Mining" category and choose "XMRig 6.22.0"
While you can also use SRB miner, we recommend XMRig.
You will be redirected to the node selection page. Here you can filter nodes based on your needs.
Use the filters across the top and left hand side to refine your selections.
While XMRig can mine using both CPU and GPU, if you are looking for CPU only nodes, use the filter below and choose "No GPU" option, otherwise filter also based on GPU refining using filters on the left.
Choose one or more nodes and click Configure.
In some cases, it's a good idea to include nodes with GPU's as they may have powerful CPU's which can be rented while also leveraging the GPU.
You will be redirected to the configuration page where you will enter the mining parameters in the "Start command" field and click "Deploy".

if you have rented a node with a GPU, then add --cuda at the end

The command is broken down as follows:
-a rx/0 (Algorithm)
-u WALLET
-o POOL Address
--cuda (Optional if node with GPU selected)

Once you have clicked "Deploy" you will be redirected to the sessions page, where you will intially see status "Pull....",
wait until service status has changed to "Service Configured".
The miner is running. To see the miner status. Click on a session
This will show a pop-up. Click the clipoboard icon.
You can then click container logs and see the miner running. You can also check the status of your contribution by pasting the wallet address in the various pools.
